FOUND FOOTAGE 3D (2016)

Grupa filmowców realizuje pierwszy w historii horror 3D w technice found footage (czyli pozorowany na prawdziwe, amatorskie nagranie z ręki). Akcja filmu rozgrywa się w nawiedzonym, oddalonym od cywilizacji domku. Ekipa przez cały czas szuka wiarygodnego uzasadnienia dla kręcenia tego typu horroru w 3D, a przy okazji popada w coraz większy konflikt. W międzyczasie operator kamery nagrywa reportaż zza kulis, który powoli także ma szansę stać się horrorem found footage 3D.
„Found Footage 3D” to debiut reżyserski Stevena DeGennaro. Jednym z producentów filmu jest Kim Henkel, między innymi współautor scenariusza do „Teksańskiej masakry piłą mechaniczną” z 1974 roku.

Film miał premierę na Bruce Campbell’s horror film festival.
To też zdobywca trzech Nagród Publiczności na drugiej edycji lubelskiego festiwalu kina grozy Splat!FilmFest (nagroda dla najlepszego i najstraszniejszego filmu oraz za najlepsze efekty specjalne).

Splat Film Fest Horror Festival & Let Me Out Lublin at the Night of Culture!

At midnight, in an atmosphere of fear and horror, we’ll present the scariest film of the 2nd Splat!FilmFest. Medics will be in place for the safety of the audience, who will be asked to fill out a short questionarre about their current state of health prior to the screening. These measures are necessary to keep everyone safe and sound throughout the event. All viewers must be over 18 and have nerves of steel, as there’s a lot of blood-curdling attractions waiting – not only film-wise…

The screening will take place in the auditorium of the old Andersen’s Theatre.

About the film:
FOUND FOOTAGE 3D (2016)

A group of filmmakers film the first 3D found footage film ever (the film is presented as if it were an amateur, shaky camera work). The action of the movie takes place in a haunted remote cabin. The team try to reasonably justify their idea of making this kind of film using 3D technology, this just causes more and more tension and conflict between the team members. In the meantime, the cameraman prepares a ‘behind-the-scenes’ documentary which itself has a chance to become a found footage 3D film.
‘Found Footage 3D’ is the debut feature film of director Steven DeGennaro. One of the producers, Kim Henkel, is the co-author of the scenario for ‘The Texas Chainsaw massacre’ from 1974. The film had its premiere at the Bruce Campbell’s Horror Film Festival.
